David Odom

Mr. Odom is a Principal of AVP and is responsible for assisting portfolio companies in transitioning their products to the US Army and other Federal organizations. He is also engaged in the search, identification and qualification of companies and technologies consistent with MILCOM’s Technology Roadmaps. Mr. Odom has carried out roles in R&D, product management and business development for both early stage ventures and Fortune 500 corporations, including seven years with Lockheed Martin Space Mission Systems and Services. Mr. Odom graduated from Texas A&M, Summa Cum Laude, with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and earned an MBA from Rollins College, Summa Cum Laude.
